Goodness, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, hasn’t it? I’ve been so busy with real life and dealing with health issues, that my blog took a backseat for a bit. My allergies and eczema were out of control, so I finally bit the bullet and went to see an allergist. It’s actually the same one my Mother-in-Law goes to. Here is a list of just my food allergies:
Wheat
Oats
Barley is low
Corn is low
Apple
Pear is low
Walnut
Pecans are low
Mustard greens are low
Celery
Peanuts
Tea is low
Strawberries
Plums are low
Cacao Bean
Cow Milk
Goat milk is low
Egg white and yolk
Shellfish
Fish is low
Tomatoes
Onions are low
Bananas
Cantaloupe
Orange
Grapefruit is low

So, this means I won’t be grinding my own wheat anymore. I have my Nutrimill for sale. I’m pretty sad, but my health is very important to me. Needless to say, any recipes I post from here on out will be a bit different now. It figures that some of the things I love the most are the ones I’m most allergic to. Pffft.
