I’ve been reading Above Rubies for a while now. Some time last year I think, I saw an ad in the magazine for a book that looked interesting. It’s called Trim, Healthy Mama.
I started the plan a couple weeks ago and am already down about 5 pounds. I don’t have oodles of weight to lose. I do think that I’m going to invest in a scale, though, so I can keep track of my progress. I’m thinking I may even blog about it! There are some seriously awesome recipes in the book that will help you on your weight-loss journey. This isn’t a diet, though, it’s a way of life!
